Edmonton Shift design Committee

The Edmonton Shift Design Committee is a working group composed of Employee and Employer members who have come together to examine opportunities for improving the metro shift schedule.

The Committees primary objectives:

1. Reduce Shift Overrun: Maintaining work-life balance is crucial.

2. Increase Shift Variety: We aim to design a more diverse range of shifts that cater to individual needs.

3. Match Shift Workload: We value fairness and efficiency by distributing the workload more evenly.
